Hitler in profile is surrounded by two bayonets, and to the left by a standard with swastika and eagle.
Mussolini is surrounded by two bayonets, and to the right fasces.
Leaves of oak frame the two dictators. The oak was an important symbol both in Nazism and Fascism.
