Crown with towers of Italian cities.
The tower in the middle with the gate, is Torre civica in Fiume. By presenting the tower together with other Italian towers,
Campanile of St. Marco in Venice and perhaps Torre civica in Modena to left, the tower of Campidoglio in Rome, and the tower of Palazzo della Signoria in Florence to the right, the nationality of the city is stressed.
