Fasces and allegories of progress (Aeroplanes over industrial sites).

Fasces on each side. The star in the middle of the stamp is the symbol of good faith. Italy is written with big letters on upper border. "Lire 5" is written on a panel of ancient type. The fascists looked at themselves as a political system with a progressive ideology, symbolized by the factories and the aeroplanes.
