In the upper left panel, A XIII (anno 13). "Pro Opera Previd(enza) Milizia" is dividede between the upper left and right panel. The arms of Savoy with fasces in the middle. On lower panel plaquette with different text on each stamp, surrounded by the dates "February 1st, 1923", and "February 1st, 1933", on each side.
